Frezowanie i wiercenie

Frezowanie – jest to jeden z rodzajów obróbki skrawaniem. Nadaje odpowiedni kształt przedmiotom z metalu, drewna, tworzyw sztucznych lub innych materiałów skrawalnych za pomocą wieloostrzowego narzędzia (freza) na obrabiarce zwanej frezarką.


Wiercenie wykonanie otworu określonej głębokości, średnicy w całym materiale.Metoda ta jak żaden inny sposób obróbki metalu, pozwala uzyskać bardzo wysoką powtarzalność wyrobów, dzięki czemu możliwe jest zlecenie produkcji masowej konkretnych serii produktów.


Uniwersalna frezarka CORMAK ZX 7550 ZB o mocnej konstrukcji, wyposażona w dwa wrzeciona - poziome oraz pionowe z auto posuwem pozwala nadać przedmiotowi odpowiedni kształt, wymiary czy gładkość.
